We stopped to take in the scenery from the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I know "our" mountains are small (highest peak is about 6700 feet)compared to those in the west but, they sure are purdy!biggergrin

And the MONSTER XT!
Image

This is my first experience with an XT and I need to thank fellow forum member Ayteeone for answering and helping me with my many questions I had during my fixâ??n up and getting it ready to ride.
EJ, you shouldn't have suggested I ride it, now I want one.[doh]
What a great bike and as usual, Kenny has done an amazing job laying his healing hands on her!!! [o-o]

Unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me and not sure if EJ took many pics. We did more riding than stopping for pics. sk_wsign

Sorry, thatâ??s all of the pictures for that ride. As Andy said we were doing more riding than picture takeâ??n. Floyd County is a very interesting place to explore. More roads un-paved than paved and Iâ??m just getting started exploring. The XT is going to be a great bike for this, rarely do I need to rev over 2500 RPM and itâ??s averaging 60 mpg, I love it![o-o]

It is fun! A completely stock bike and I love it! You should come ride with us sometime. A few weeks ago we had a great weekend riding forest service roads in the Pisgha National Forest.[ok]
